Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Please allow additional processing time during holiday periods
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel
- Final sale items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer service for authorization
- Include original packing slip
- Ship items via tracked mail
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. We only accept returns from U.S. addresses.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
